The product of our commitment to environmentally sustainable practices. This excellent tempranillo was made using wine-making techniques that blend tradition with the cutting edge.
Organic practices are used on the grapes used to make this exceptional tempranillo. Following a cold, pre-fermentation maceration, the wine ages in mixed French and American oak barrels for at least eight months. Before release, the wine undergoes a further four months resting in bottle.
