Beronia Organic Crianza
An excellent Tempranillo that is the product of our deep commitment to the environment and of organic viticulture inspired by the wine-making techniques practised by the Berones in the 3rd century BC.
An excellent Tempranillo that is the product of our deep commitment to the environment and of organic viticulture inspired by the wine-making techniques practised by the Berones in the 3rd century BC.
To make this wine, we take the best bunches of grapes from our oldest Tempranillo vineyards, where we use environmentally friendly practices inspired by how our forebears, the Berones, used to make wine in this same region more than 2000 years ago. Following cold pre-fermentation maceration, the wine ages in mixed barrels made of French and American oak (American oak staves and French oak ends) for at least eight months. Before being released onto the market, the wine completes its ageing with four months in bottle.
