Ingredients:
100g white crabmeat
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
½ tsp chilli flakes
½ baguette, sliced and toasted (approx.. 8-10 slices)
Cracked black pepper, to serve
Method:
Mix together the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers and chilli flakes. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper to serve.
