Winemaking insights
Our Verdejo is made from two separate harvest to achieve its harmonious balance between flavour texture. The earlier harvest brings the fresh, herbaceous notes while the second, slightly later harvest, contributes the riper, exotic fruit characteristics. The result is a blend of the two, an aromatic, fresh wine with a silken texture.
