Viñas Viejas
Winemaking insights
Hand selected by our winemaker, Matías Calleja, the grapes of our Viñas Viejas are from some of the oldest and most distinguished of our vineyards. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in the barrel, softening the texture while maintaining the fresh aromas. After 9 months in new, mixed oak barrels, the wine continues to rest and develop for a further year in bottle prior to release.
