Crianza Edición Limitada: Select and Finite

Beronia Crianza Edición Limitada is made from a selection of the best bunches of Tempranillo grapes. Following cold pre-fermentation maceration, it undergoes slow alcoholic fermentation, with the temperature kept at below 26ºC and regular pumping over.  The wine is transferred to new barrels for malolactic fermentation, then is aged for 12 months in mixed oak barrels and in bottle for a further 6 months prior to release.
