Crab Crostini starter recipe

100g white crabmeat

3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp capers, finely chopped

½ tsp chilli flakes

½ baguette, sliced and toasted (approx.. 8-10 slices)

Cracked black pepper, to serve



Mix together the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers and chilli flakes. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and serve with a chilled glass of Beronia Rueda Verdejo.

For a vegetarian/vegan alternative, substitute the crabmeat with pureed chickpeas.
